BOWIE was saved from Fort Worth Animal Care and Control Kill Shelter.

BOWIE is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed, he is too young to be heart-worm tested but he s on heart-worm prevention. BOWIE is micro-chipped, he has an estimated date of birth of 7 October 2015 and at the time or rescue weighed 15 pounds.

BOWIE is living with his foster family in Dallas area Texas, with humans, dogs, cats and guinea pigs and is having a great time.

BOWIE would benefit from an active family who understands the Labrador personality and the their needs.

As with all dogs, especially rescue dogs and most definitely puppies, he will need basic and advanced obedience and this is always best done with her new family so all can learn each others personalities, body language, expectations and boundaries for all can be set

From his foster mum:
Bowie appears to be mostly Labrador retriever. He is a curious puppy who will be easily trained. He loves any toy and prefers to carry them around in his mouth! Bowie plays hard and sleeps well through the night. He gets along well with other dogs, big and small, and is a good snuggler too! His favorite playmate in the foster pack is JAVA, also up for adoption.

BOWIE is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $450.

BOWIE is in one of our foster homes located in Dallas, TEXAS. Transport to the east coast is available for an additional $175 that is paid directly to the transport company. We post in states along the east coast and Canada  as this gives our precious saved souls more exposure and once adopted, we are able to save more dogs from the kill shelters in Texas that get 3 days before they are killed.
