EARL was saved from Montgomery County Animal Services on 28th February 2015 along with her siblings.

EARL is definitely big brother amongst his siblings and can be a bit of a bully at times, as in protecting food and toys, whilst he has them. This I am confident will change when the pups are living amongst the rest of the dogs and they have other things to focus on and don't have to rely on each other for entertainment and pack order.

EARL is confident, but he does like to be loved upon and to give you lots of loving back, he will climb into my lap if I give him the chance and relaxes as he gets his ear scratched and belly rubbed.

We don't have cats in the rescue so we cannot say how he will act, however, since he is young, with correct guidance and training and letting him satisfy any curiosity I am confident he can live in harmony with any feline friends.

EARL will benefit from a family that has the time to spend training him to basic and advanced levels. This not only helps form a strong bond, but also enables boundaries and expectations to be set and both family and his body language be learnt.

EARL is spayed, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed and micro-chipped.  He is too young to be heart-worm tested, but has been on prevention since he arrived at rescue. EARL has an estimated date of birth of 21 October 2014 and at the time of rescue she weighed 18.0 pounds.

EARL is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $300.
