BUTTERCUP was saved from Amarillo Shelter on 5th January 2015

She is a lively, happy, energetic, love bug. She gets on great with the other dogs, often instigating play with the bigger dogs. She loves to chase and to be chased. She is very affectionate and loves to sit on my knee if I"m on the floor and to give kisses.

BUTTERCUP is suitable for an active family although a medium sized dog she is pack with that never ending bouncy energy and is such a happy girl. BUTTERCUP walks ok on a leash and is very responsive. We do not have cats in the shelter so I cannot say how she is with them. She is friendly and loving and feel she would be no problem with children, as long as the children were taught to leave her alone when she wanted space and to respect her and not treat her as a toy!

BUTTERCUP is spayed, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed, heart-worm tested NEGATIVE and micro-chipped. She weighs around 50 pounds and has an estimated date of birth of 6 January 2013.

BUTTERCUP is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $350.
