LUNA was an owner surrender to Arlington Animal Services, where she was put on the kill list. GaDaH managed to save her literally just over an hour before she was due to be killed.

LUNA is a stunning girl, very calm, at first she was a little unsure about what was going on, but that is to be expected with the different things happening to her over a few days.

LUNA is spayed, rabies, heartworm negative, core vaccines and micro-chipped.

LUNA does fine with other dogs and she loves to ride in the car. She is great with people, although at first she can be a little cautious, but as soon as she has decided you are ok, she is very affectionate.

LUNA is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption donation of $350.

GaDaH does allow out of state adoptions but we do require families to travel to San Antonio to spend time with the dog to be sure that personalities are a good match, then they can travel home together as a perfect family.
