Officer Larry Candelari was a very close friend of mine, whose life was taken tragically on 26th April 2013. I met Larry during my time in Iraq and when I moved to the United States, he and his family helped me out so much. He has taken a piece of my heart with him and I will never forget the love, kindness and support he gave me, and I will honour, love and respect him ALWAYS.
